Location: the hotel was right by San Pedro de Atacama, general areas, and restaurants. The stuff where all very amiable and extremely helpful, excellant service. I had excellent food for breakfast with good ingredients...

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect in a beautiful area. the room was well-appointed with a nice-sized wardrobe and terrace, just as expected. - the staff was really caring and very friendly, offering excellent services.

Remote location adjacent to the communal areas, and San Pedro de Atacama, thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel staff was top-class and caring.

The venue's position was remote. We had the twin room provided with nice sized wardrobe, terrace, for instance.

Great, very well-kept complex. Nice rooms . Super breakfast . Super nice and helpful staff. Delicious dinner with super fair price (3 courses for 15.000 CPL). Super quiet location, not directly in the center - we were glad that we had a car. But there is also a free shuttle to the centre 4 times a day

The rooms at Naturalis Hotel are amazing! I stayed in a double room and it was perfect for me. The private bathroom was equipped with a shower and had free toiletries, which was a nice touch. The tile/marble floor gave the room a stylish feel, and I loved having a patio to relax on. The soundproofing was a great bonus, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Plus, the room even had a sofa, adding to the cozy and comfortable ambiance. I really enjoyed my stay here!

Personally, I didn't enjoy the showers in the bathrooms.

The location was great, right in the center of town. the staff was amazing, really helpful. My room had a comfy bed, central heating, a safe, and a mini fridge bar.

New and very well maintained and clean. Staff is abundant and all very nice. Is really an oasis of peace and cleanliness outside the 'dusty' San Pedro. Good communication in advance .

Without Navi one does not find the hotel, goes along a one-lane sandy desert, would not have thought that there is actually still something coming on this way ... Car is needed, otherwise it is difficult to get into the 'city

My only suggestion for a better vacation experience for senior people would be to have more staff available to assist with any specific needs or concerns. While the children working at the hotel were friendly and attentive, additional staff members would ensure that every guest, especially those with mobility issues or special requirements, receive the utmost care and attention.
